About me

Hi, I'm Jayme.

I'm not going to pretend I have one job title that sums this up. I've got a few.

I'm a Salesforce consultant and partnerships manager who spends my days deep in CRMs, co-sell strategy, and cleaning up messy orgs (yes, I actually enjoy that part). I'm a mom figuring out parenting and budgeting the same way most people do: by living it, not by reading a manual first. I'm someone who got into AI and Claude early and hasn't stopped finding new ways to use it since. And on the side, when I need to make something with my hands, I'm cutting vinyl or working on my latest sewing project.

Why "undefined"

For a long time I thought all of that needed to be sorted into separate boxes. Work over here. Mom stuff over there. The craft hobby kept quiet because it wasn't "professional." The AI obsession kept to myself because it didn't fit anywhere either.

Eventually I realized the boxes were the problem, not me. The same brain that figures out a broken Salesforce report is the same brain that figures out a toddler meltdown, a budget spreadsheet, or a vinyl design that isn't working. It's all the same skill, really: look at a mess, figure out what's actually going on, and make it better.

That's Jayme Undefined. Not a niche. A way of working through things.

A little more personal

A few things that shape how I show up in all of this: my faith, my family, and a strong belief that most advice out there is more complicated than it needs to be. I'd rather tell you what actually worked (and what didn't) than hand you a 10-step framework you'll abandon by Thursday.

What I bring to the table

  • Years of hands-on Salesforce and business consulting experience
  • A genuinely early and practical relationship with AI tools like Claude
  • Real budgeting and parenting experience, not theory
  • A habit of writing things down clearly (hence the business/process documentation help)
  • A craft habit that occasionally becomes something you can buy or commission (that's Caffeinated Craft Mama, alive and well inside this site)

And since everything here is remote, wherever you're working from, I can help from wherever I am.

If any part of this sounds like your kind of mess, I'd love to help you work through it.
